God through the verses below is speaking to you to encourage and help you overcome anxiety and depression and know that you are not alone for He is always looking out for you.
- Matthew 6:34 – “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
From this verse, Jesus teaches you not to be anxious about future problems, He emphasizes that each day has its own challenges. Trusting God for today frees you from the burden of worry.
2. Philippians 4:6-7 – “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
