Bible verses to Break Curses
A curse can be a spiritual hindrance that brings misfortune, sickness, oppression, or lack. Curses can come through sin, generational disobedience, spoken words, witchcraft, or demonic influence. However, Jesus Christ came to set us free (John 8:36) and redeem us from every curse (Galatians 3:13).
As believers, we break curses through:
- Faith in Jesus Christ
- Repentance and confession of sins
- Declaring God’s Word
- Prayer and spiritual warfare

Dear Heavenly Father,
I declare that through Jesus Christ, I am redeemed from every curse (Galatians 3:13). No weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). I break every generational curse and receive Your blessings (Deuteronomy 28:2). Cover me in Your protection and favor (Psalm 91). In Jesus’ name, Amen.
